300SGM series sand pump,shaft seal is deputy impeller and oil seal,main parts are as following:
1. Pressurerelief cover:deputy impeller is installed inside in order to form. a pressure reduce set,which can reduce the liquid pressure on shaft sleeve in order to prolong oil seal inside pressure-relief cover and shaft sleeve lifetime
2. Oil fitting:designed on pressure-relief cover for lubricating oil seal case so that can prolong oil seal lifetime.
3. Oil seal gland:installed on pressure-relief cover for compressing oil seal.
4. Shaft sleeve locking nut:installed at the end of shaft sleeve for adjusting the impeller gap.
5. Water retaining plate:installed between shaft sleeve locking nut and front bearing gland,fixed with a screw to make it rotate with pump shaft in same speed and direction,which can prevent the liquid spilling from shaft sleeve assembly into bearing box which will damage the bearing.
6. Oil cover:there are two oil holes on the top of support frame,used for bearing observation and oil injection.
7. Oil level window:please add oil level between above middle line and under 20mm when make sure pump base parrallel to the ground.

fine sand,middle sand or rough sand? if is there stone or not,what is the biggest stone diameter?
