12 inch Split-type sand dredger with hydraulic cutter head

1.technical data provided by client:

cutter suction dredger:suction depth:8m,conveying height:15-20m,conveying distance:300m;pump inlet diameter:350mm,outlet diameter:300mm,flow:1500m³/h,user’s working voltage:380v,50hz.

2.according to the above technical data,the dredger’s specification as below:

Dredger length:19m,width:4.8m,the highest main pontoon height is 1.5m,the other 4 pontoons are 1.2m.the bottom palte of main pontoon material is CCSA-8(8mm in thickness),the other material are all CCSA-6(6mm in thickness).

The whole equipment is no-motor dredger,but for short time move,we equip 1set 15hp diesel engine and 1 set hanging propeller so that the dredger can be drived.

The dredger weight is 22t or so,the other equipments weight is below.

The natural draught is 0.35-0.4m,the working draught can be adjusted to 0.7m or so,its natural draught and working draught can be adusted freely.

The dredger wont submerge when there is leak in any part,our design is very safe.
